Torino, 2 luglio 2013.
Oggi si conclude qui a CasaOz con un lieto epilogo la nostra difficile storia iniziata il 2 febbraio del 2012 quando in una fredda giornata d’inverno se n’è andata la nostra bimba di 5 anni Amélie.
L’angelo biondo che aveva reso la nostra vita un sogno era affetta da una malattia genetica molto rara (difetto del gene OTC) che non aveva mai dato nessun segno fino a quel momento… Pensavamo che non potesse esistere dolore più grande della morte di un figlio, ma l’aver scoperto che anche la nostra bimba più piccola era ammalata ci ha fatto sprofondare nello sconforto più totale.
La luce è tornata quando un medico del Regina Margherita, esperto della malattia ci ha detto che Marie avrebbe ovviato al problema facendo un trapianto di fegato, l’abbiamo messa in lista d’attesa ed esattamente un anno dopo l’espianto degli organi di Amélie è arrivato il fegato per lei. Quello che la vita ci aveva tolto ce lo stava ridonando e noi con molta umiltà abbiamo ricevuto questo grande dono accettando il grande mistero dell’esistere.
Adesso Marie sta bene, qui a CasaOz dove siamo stati ospiti tanti mesi, ha conosciuto molte brave persone e ha trovato tanti amici che con le loro particolari situazioni personali le hanno… ci hanno insegnato molto.
Con il cuore diciamo a tutti voi un grazie infinito, vi porteremo sempre insieme a noi sulle cime delle nostre belle montagne da dove potremo guardare forse un po’ meglio il Paradiso.
